The Immediate Past President is a member of the board of directors by authority of Article IV(3) of the PAR-BC by-laws.
Term:
By authority of Article V(6) of the PAR-BC by-laws the Immediate Past-President shall hold office until he/she dies, resigns, is removed, is disqualified or until his/her successor takes office.
Authority:
- The Immediate Past-President shall perform such duties as the Board may require.
- The Immediate Past-President is responsible for submitting an archival summary of the past year's events during the early part of his/her term for historical continuity. This summary will be a documentation of the motivations, expectations and intents of the Association.
- The Immediate Past-President is responsible for submitting the President's report to the members for the AGM, at the beginning of his/her term.
