The Members-At-Large are elected pursuant to Article IV(3) of the PAR by-laws.
Term:
Under authority of Article V(6) of the by-laws each Members-At-Large shall hold office until he/she resigns, is removed, is disqualified or until his/her successor is elected and takes office.
Authority:
Each member-at-large is expected to assume a leading role through either chairship of a committee or a focus in one of the four areas of PAR's mission statement, ie, education, well-being, physician supply, or negotiations.
