Policy Issues: HEABC and PAR-BC will establish a Joint Standing Committee comprised of equal representation from both parties to discuss matters of mutual concern.

Local Issues: Local Issues will be discussed between the Resident and the Program Director or Director of Medical Education or designate. The Resident may choose to have his/her Union Representative also attend.
